At D1 Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; if you are not, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our dedicated Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the watch is in its original condition with all protective films, tags, and warranty cards intact, then securely pack it in the original D1 Milano box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
